We started FixRansomware because a friend lost everything.

In 2021, a close friend of our founder watched a single ransomware attack take down years of archived client work overnight. The local IT vendor shrugged. The cyber insurance carrier quoted weeks. The criminals demanded thousands of dollars with no guarantee of a working key.

We did the work ourselves — reverse-engineered the strain, recovered the files, and the experience made one thing obvious: businesses across Southeast Asia had nowhere credible to turn when ransomware hit. FixRansomware was incorporated under PT. Digitalisasi Global Inklusif (Digipedia) shortly after.
